Sunday for all
Sunday Mornings - 11 am

Our main weekly gathering is our Sunday morning service at 11. Here, the whole church family, young and old, gathers together to worship God and to learn more about him.
Children are important to us - and are catered for every Sunday. They worship with us until the sermon, then those aged 3 – 13 go out to ‘Discoverers’ for their own teaching, returning towards the end of the service. For those older than 13, we have a regular discussion group that considers the Christian gospel in different ways, for example through watching film clips. For those under 3, there are full crèche facilities.
Our worship varies every week. In addition to congregational singing, we have a praise group, a choir and a variety of soloists and musicians contributing frequently. Our 'big screen' data projection allows us to sing both old favourites and contemporary worship songs, taken from CH4, Mission Praise and a variety of other sources. The screen also allows us the use of various other multi-media.
Relevant Bible teaching is a centrepoint of our worship, and a selection of previous sermons can be reviewed on this website.
Of course, each service ends with tea and coffee and an opportunity for sharing together. (Indeed, lunch or a barbeque are frequently offered!)
Sunday Evenings - 6.30 pm
At Stonelaw we also have a weekly Sunday evening service. This is an opportunity for more informal worship and and teaching. Sometimes, the worship will be conducted by members of the congregation, and there is always an opportunity to request prayer for specific concerns.
Recently, we have held a number of healing services on a Sunday evening.
Occasionaly, in place of our own service, we join together with other local congregations for worship.
Alternative Evening Services - 6pm (first of the month)
New With a growing number of young children at Stonelaw, we've recently started holding an all-age familly evening service on the first Sunday of each month.
These services begin at 6pm and finish in time to allow everyone to be home by 7pm for bed. The service consists of accessible worship, stories, and sharing together. Whatever age you are, do come and join us.
Starting in October, we will also offer all-age communion in October, December, March and June.
