Stonelaw Prayer Bear

Peter - our Stonelaw Prayer Bear.

We would like to introduce the newest member of our congregation - Peter.

The idea is that the children will take turns every week to take him home. Peter will be a tool to encourage prayer between the children and their parents. He comes with a notebook. You simply enter a prayer or prayers of your own in the prayer book, adding your family name if you wish, then return it the following Sunday to Susanne McCabe. The next child then takes him, prays the previous family's prayers from the notebook, then adds their own, and so it goes on.

We would encourage you to take Peter with you wherever you go, always taking special care of him, and take digital photos of Peter on his travels. Please e-mail the digital photos to Susanne, so we can show them at a later stage when all the children have had him. Many thanks!
